CTOA is founded in 2007 by a group of licenced Curaçao tour operators concerned about tour operator problems. These founding members recognized the need for Touroperator Association to protect the traveling public, as well as to represent the interests of tour operators. Members are independent companies, most of them owner-managed. CTOA represents the island’s official Tour Operators and the common aim of all members is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by concentrating on three main aspects: Choice, Quality and Service
